The
Life Coaching Process
The process would start with you getting in touch with us either by phone
or e-mail – please see details on our contact
page.
We can discuss what you are trying to achieve, and answer any questions
that you may have.
Together we can select a Life Coaching package that
will suit the type of sessions and support that you will need.
These Life Coaching sessions can be conducted by phone
or in person with additional e-mail support. Or a combination of all.
We will agree diary dates for the phone or face to face sessions to take
place. In the case of phone sessions you will phone through to us on the
agreed date and time. In the case of face to face meetings, we will agree
a location mutually suitable.
Prior to the session either by e-mail or post, we will send to you a
copy of our Life Coaching Terms
& Conditions and a service level agreement document that outlines
each of our responsibilities. In addition we may send you some Life
Coaching exercises to complete and return prior to the first
session. This is particularly helpful if you are uncertain as to what
aspects of your life you wish to change. It ensures that the sessions
are focused from the beginning and the time we spend talking is valuably
spent.
In each session we will have a framework, we will prioritise what area
we want to cover that day, we will specify an end goal, and put together
actions to meet the goal and a time frame for achieving those steps. From
session two onwards we will revisit the achievements made since the last
time, and we will refocus the current session dependant on the outcomes.
Towards the end of the sessions you can decide if you would like to renew
in order to further pursue the current area you are working on or to make
positive changes in another part of your life.
